Add a mounting strip to your quilt and attach 3M Command strips to the strip before hanging on the wall. Temporary or Permanent quilt hanging solution. It truly is the quilt hanging dream.
Essentially, you can use this strip to hang ANY textiles, be it that silk carpet you brought back from Morocco, a growth chart in a child's nursery, the sky is the limit.

Please carefully read the 3M instructions (on the reverse of the packet) as 3M will not adhere to all surfaces e.g. masonry, vinyl or wallpaper.
Before you hang your object, weigh it and then purchase the appropriate 3M product that will carry that weight. Sew the GluePirate strip to the back (reverse side) of your quilt and then adhere the 3M strips to the GluePirate by removing the protective strip off one side of the 3M strip. Peel the other side of the protective strip off and align your quilt before pressing from the front of the quilt. Ensure that you press out all the 'air' in the 3M strips so that that grip securely.

Very simple, works really well
A bit pricey for larger quilts but they are done once and done well with no damage to walls or more importantly, to our quilts

I’ve been using this product for many years to hang my quilts around my house. I love that I can hang any size quilt and know that they will stay securely on the walls - even the very big ones ! I also love that I can take them down for quilt shows when necessary! And then put them back up again! Best part is there are no holes in my walls ! I have promoted this to many quilters who also love it .Fantastic product !
