Schmetz CD Twin Wide Machine Sewing Needles
Two Universal needles mounted on one shank create two rows of stitches simultaneously.
The width between the needles (e.g. 8mm) is how far apart the stitching is.
Safety:
Before purchasing a wide needle, check your sewing machine to see that the distance between your needle and the end of your needle plate is greater than the width of your twin needle. This is the ensure that your needles doesn't break when it hits metal on your machine!
